Lord I know you grant me peace in my life and Lord I do not fear things to come but my old body needs rest and sleep each day. Help me Father to Recharge and be able to find comfort in doing your will and carrying out your work each day. Replenish my weary mind and body Lord. I long for the true rest of peace in your presence. Help me as I seek time with you Father, I need your touch in my body so that I will have strength to carry on in this life. You have six days each week for your ordinary work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath day of rest dedicated to the Lord your God. On that day no one in your household may do any work. For in six days the Lord made the heavens, the earth, the sea, and everything in them; but on the seventh day he rested. That is why the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and set it apart as holy."
