Lord, have mercy upon me for not setting aside my time for you alone. Help me to devote time everyday to pray to You, for I know I cannot serve two masters. Teach me how to pray, so that I can learn more about You. You have promised that, if anyone thirsts, let him come to You and drink (John 7:37). I thirst for more of You because without You, I am like in a desert. Father, let me come closer to You so that I can drink deeply in Your Spirit. May your presence be with me forever and ever, Amen.
