Lorelei asked, and shall receive, a list of my top 10 book - TopicsExpress

Lorelei asked, and shall receive, a list of my top 10 book recommendations, and looking for others as I will have a lot of reading time soon. Those I tagged all Im looking for is at least your top choice. 1. Three Muskateers - Alexandre Dumas. Instantly became my favourite book for its combination of historical fiction, ridiculous situational comedy, and French flair. 2. Dracula - Bram Stoker. Also one of my favourites, primarily for its unique journal entry style and seeing how the modern vampire started. 3. Harry Potter... in a second language - some British woman. Im working on book #4 in language #4 and maintain that its one of finest ways to learn another language. 4. How To Win Friends and Influence People - Dale Carnegie. This book massively improved my social skills while in Montreal, learn how to get anyone talking for hours. 5. The Colour of Magic (Discworld series) - Terry Pratchett. You cant truly understand how my brain works or my sense of humour until you read one of these books. Zaniest and most random fantasy comedy ever. 6. Fight Club - Chuck Palahniuk. Better than the movie. This book defined its own writing style, and I love it. 7. Delivering Happiness - Tony Hsieh. The first half of this book actually lead to a serious change in my life and how I view it. 8. Pihkal - Alex & Ann Shulgin. Favourite book of recent memory, relevant to my current life views. Excellent writing, controversial subject, interesting multi-view story-telling. 9. Enders Game (and other books) - Orson Scott Card. So far my favourite science fiction books, that despite their age, dont feel outdated. Excellent story telling, unique, detailed and fascinating. 10. The Game - Neil Strauss. Hate it all you want, this book tells a fantastic story, whose purpose is not to teach you how to manipulate women, but an inside view of the lifestyle and techniques used by pick-up artists. Also good advice on the many terrible things guys try to do to pick up women. Do what you will with this information. Im tagging a shortlist of the people I consistently have long ass conversations with, one book is enough: Stefan, Chris, Brian, Julian, Joe, Cailen, Romila, Stephen, Carlotta, Slav, Shane.
