Losing a child is one of the most difficult and painful experiences imaginable. It is so unnatural. Parents expect to outlive their children. With the lose of a child, we grieve “what might have been”. The widow of Nain was experiencing such pain. We are not informed whether he died by disease or accident, slowly or suddenly; but he was carried off in the prime of life. Everything changed when Jesus, the Lord over Death came into her life!
