Lots of fun during yesterdays gig in Umeå! Me and Mats changed instruments on the encore, which was just an impulse, not planned at all. When we were about to leave the stage, just passing behind the drums, I saw what we should do, so I just told Mats play the drums? ok he said. Then I went over to the piano trying to imitate the cluster chords of Messiaen and Stockhausen, and some Cecil Taylor free jazz type of playing haha! After I was done I got back to Mats lifting him off the drum seat while he was still playing, which made us both almost fall.. It was a blockbuster! After that we finished on our own gear.
