Lotte Department Store Vietnam - RECRUITMENT: Position: SALES MANAGER 1. JOB SUMMARY: Overall responsibility for the sales operation of Lotte Department store. Organize and co-operate with Sale team in applying the strategy of sale, development of the external customer network, achieve the goals approved by the Store Director. 2. MAJOR JOBS: • Overall responsible for the whole operation of sale in Lotte Department Store (manage budget, revenue, price, promotion campaign…) • Make plan, strategy and implement activities for pushing sale’s activities in order to get target as delivered by Store Director. • Make the sale plan in short, middle and long term. • Build up strong sales team and set up Distribution channel, establish, lead and develop market-share. • Training wine acknowledge and sales skill for sales team • Complete sales targets that is approved by Store Manager • Propose monthly promotion program. • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on the sales volume for each sub-team (Woman’s wear, Man’s wear & Sports, Home appliance, Luxury & Accessories such as: cosmestics, imported Fashion, accessories like bag and shoes…) • Manage and control activities cost of Sale team • Conduct analyses of sales activities and in the market in order to promptly propose action plans about prices, marketing and promotion programs • Control sales policy (price, discount, commission) • Other works as required by the Management 3.
