Louis Kienne Residence Hotel It may be cheap ($200+) with a kitchenette and a huge ass refrigerator. But thats it. Only two guests are allowed to stay over in the room. Any other visiting guests have to sign in and sign out at the hotel reception desk and leave before midnight. Failing which, there will be a surcharge of $80++ per extra guest. If the hotel staff think you are having a party, you will be charged an additional $200. Its a non smoking hotel. Smoking areas are outside the hotel or at the rooftop near the swimming pool which is open till 10pm. Breakfast is not very satisfactory. We relied on our own stove to make ourselves an awesome breakfast instead. It indeed was a relief to check out the next day.
