Love. If it is real you care about another more than you do about yourself. True love is putting another person before yourself as a rule, simply because you want nothing more than to see them smile. Have I loved? Yes and still do. Have I every truly been loved? In some ways yes, but in the context of a relationship... no not at all. Everyone should look into their relationships. If your partner puts anyone but your children before you, even them selves, they do not truly love you.
