Love how Plexus is helping so many! My name is Kristin. Slow but steady results! Loving every second of my Plexus journey smile emoticon! Month 1 - down 6 pounds Month 4 - down 12 pounds... It doesnt look like much because my blessing and curse is that my weight is evenly dispersed on my body for the most part. So when I gain 3-5 pounds it doesnt seem like a big deal BUT that compounded over the years is 25-30 pounds of unwanted weight! The weight wasnt gained overnight, it was over the span of years. I am happy to be losing it gradually and consistently. Something that I know my body can handle. No fad diets or counting points because I could only maintain those short term before losing my mind (just being honest). November 1st was my 5 month mark taking Plexus products. I am down 16 pounds and 11 inches. You know what pictures cant show you? How happy my body, mind and spirit are on the inside! I will say it over and over and over. If I dont lose another pound I will still be taking Plexus for life! It has done so much for my overall health. More than what the number on the scale could ever show!! No more IBS, No more Insomnia, No more Eczema, No more Depression/Anxiety, No more Brain Fog, No more Fatigue...the list keeps growing! I havent really changed my eating consciously. My portions are smaller thanks to the appetite suppressant and I dont crave the sugar like I used to.
