Love is a funny thing.. It is truly universal and we as human beings have a very childish idea of love. We think of love as cuddles and being around each other as much as possible. Yet as the great Guru before us said teaches, If youre walking along a path and you see a flower that you love. You do not pick the flower, for if you pick it the flower dies.. The Guru teaches us of a spiritual love that transcends physicality. He speaks of a love that is so great that it allows one the freedom to fully express ones self and burst from ones cocoon and fly. We teach our fellow brother and sisters, passing down sayings such as, If you love it let it go, if it is yours then it will come back.. True quote... At least in a sense, but often not in the sense that one may think. We often relate love to physical expressions but have you taken the time to think about the spiritual expressions of love? When you realize that we are all One, you realize that you and your lover were incarnated as One.. Connected... You can NOT be seperated.. You both were sent here on a mission, human years are short, and life is eternal. Does one go and invade his wife while she is working on her job? There are many people walking around trying to embrace being single, trying to embrace independence. Both of which are basically oxymorons... Many are blessed to be together in physical union, but not all.. Some have missions of a totally different character... Youre probably waiting for the elaborate closing huh? Well.. There is none with this one... Maybe it is the wine talking.. Maybe Im just trying to provoke you to rethink your ideas of love and to see beyond physicality... Who knows? All I know right now is that I need more wine in my glass..
