Love is like life. No path is so clear,No step is so easy INSECURITIES Insecurities are not some thing we are born with , but some thing we pick up during our life, based on other people’s opinions about us, which to be honest are from people who are not happy with themselves any way or have their own issues and struggles that they have to contend with. By telling us how imperfect we are, they avoid looking at themselves. But where does that leave us and our own insecurities, It is time we started to put our foot down and say no more, I will not carry round other people’s opinions of me, especially when they are only true from there point of view, it is time we cast aside all our old belief systems, insecurities and embraced the new you , that you are meant to be. One good way of doing this is to try affirmations, but also know in your heart you are worthy of love, kindness and affection, just the same as anyone else is. Let your soul soar and fly high
