Love to snack but want to trade in the chips for something healthy? Try these great snacks that won’t add guilt to your snacking habits. 1. Hard boiled egg. Slice and add sea salt and pepper or put on a low fat whole wheat cracker. 2. A small dinner salad with greens and bright colored cherry tomatoes with some lemon. 3. A slice of whole wheat toast with some tune and low fat mozzarella cheese melted on top. 4. Carrot sticks and hummus. 5. Turkey wrap in small or a half of a whole wheat tortilla with lettuce and mustard. 6. Half a cup of low fat cottage cheese with 1 banana sliced and a pinch of ground almonds.
