Low carb Brazilian Hash Serves 6-8 30 min prep and cook time butter or coconut oil as needed 1.5 pounds of ground beef 1 (2 lb) bag of raw cauliflower- roughly chopped 1 large onion - rough chop 2-3 tsp YIAH tempero biano 1-2 cups broth Saute ground beef in coconut oil or butter and set aside. Saute onion until tender. Add a sprinkle of salt to help onions sweat. When tender add cauliflower and YIAH spice. Cook until almost tender. Add ground beef and broth and cook until all ingredients are combined, most the broth is absorbed and the cauliflower is tender. Serve with a side of veggies. could sub cabbage or potatoes for cauliflower
