Low fat Low Carb tortilla Pizzas (makes 2 servings) LOVE recipes!! CLICK and FOLLOW ME! I am always posting awesome stuff on my timeline! You can find me at https://facebook/TruckerWifeVickiSuddaby Ingredients: 2 Mission Carb Balance flour tortillas ( soft taco) 4 T of pizza sauce or more ( I use Muir Glen organic sold at target) 1/2 to 2/3 cups of low fat shredded mozzarella cheese sprinkle of Olive Oil Sliced Banana peppers from a jar squeezed into a paper towel 12 slices of Hormel Turkey Pepperoni Options: can add sliced black olives ,cooked onions, precooked mushrooms or sun dried tomatoes. Directions: Heat oven to 400 degrees( you will make the crust while preheating), Take the tortillas and sprinkle a small amount of Olive Oil on them and rub them together on both sides to spread oil. Place tortillas on a non stick cookie sheet. Place them in the oven while oven is preheating for about 5 minutes. Cook for 3-5 min then turn over and do the same on other side. Be careful no to burn them. All ovens are different so be careful. The idea is to get them a little harder so the sauce doesnt soak through them. Remove from oven. Spread the sauce on each one, add cheese, pepperoni and peppers. Lower temperature to 350 degrees. Place pizzas back in oven till cheese melts and pepperoni starts to curl. About 5 min or so,depending on oven.
