YES there abusers but few in number and the subsidy is much less that what we give corporate America. If a few deadbeats scam the FS program for 50 or 100 extra dollars a month it is a lot less than the monies we give to support corporate greed. GO AFTER THE REAL MAJOR ABUSERS.
