Lying in bed this morning, I could hear a Black-Collared Barbet, Crested Barbet, Burchells Coucal, Dideric Cuckoo, Grey Go-Away-Bird, Red-Chested Cuckoo, Karoo Thrush, Doves and Dark-Capped Bulbuls. There were another 3 or so that I couldnt identify. This was in the space of about 5 minutes at 06h45, in a suburb in Sandton, which for my international friends, is a suburb right next to the business district. #LoveAfrica.
