M/s Al Fajer Marine Attention: To the Management Dear Sir, This is to inform you that you have employee there by the name of Shabu Reveendran Sujatha. He is working as a operation manager in your respected company. I made this letter in connection with his illigal activiities. He is getting commisiion with the supplier and asking suppliers to give him gifts. We all know the facts this activities are illegal. If he can do like this to some suppliers then what he can do with your own company. Am asking your office to conduct an investigation. If you remember there are some instances that the materiaals are coming from a bidding. As you will notice some of the materials he was purchasing is more expensive than the other suppliers. Kindly check if there is under the table going on. In some instances also,Sabu was bringing some ladies inside the guest room of the company that we all know that said room is for guest only. He is bringing the ladies to use that room as a motel for love making. If you will hire a person like him in this company, what would think will happen to company.
