MA: Pembroke woman defends owning certain dog breeds at statehouse Wicked Local Pembroke Posted Sep 25, 2013 @ 10:00 AM Pembroke — Pembroke resident Deborah Wall testified at the State House this week in support of a bill to prohibit insurance companies from canceling homeowner policies based solely on dog breed. Wall testified about her experiences trying to adopt a dog that was not welcome by most major insurance companies. The legislation is currently under consideration before the Joint Committee on Financial Services. Joining Wall was Pembroke Rep.
