He is FIV+ and has dental issues. MAC also caught the shelter cold and has a URI. But all these things can be treated by a competent vet - one that can fully diagnose MACs condition and give the proper meds to get him back to feeling normal again. MAC got an EXPERIENCE rating most likely because this boy is not feeling well and is not purring up a storm for the assessor.
