MAKE US A PROMISE!!! Corby Radio is a not-for-profit Community Radio Station that covers Corby and the surrounding Villages and as part of our licence agreement, we are dependent on fundraising, grant and donations to survive. Therefore, we are now working on our next Fundraising project, which will be an ‘Auction of Promises’ – whereby our staff/volunteers, listeners, businesses (both small and large) and anyone else, can make us a Promise to either provide, produce, donate ANYTHING from a Bottle of wine, or say a weeks’ worth or ironing, a meal for four people, Dog Walking, free car hire for a week, a Spa weekend, Driving lessons, Weekend or week breaks, absolutely ANYTHING that could be auctioned off at a price. If you think you can help in any way whatsoever, or would like to discuss any donation you could possibly make to help the station, then please contact Terri on 01536-265666 immediately. Corby Radio is the Voice of the Community and a lifeline to a lot of voluntary and charitable organisations in the Borough as well as a fun and open community radio station – losing it is not an option .. but we do need help right now.
