MAN UNITED PLAN REBUILD Its no surprise that the Sunday papers are full of Manchester United transfer rumours following the clubs Champions League exit, with the Reds reportedly planning to spend up to £150m to revamp the squad in the summer. Well kick off with the Daily Express exclusive that David Moyes wants to sign Southampton pair Adam Lallana and Luke Shaw to start his spending spree. Moyes is already close to winning the race for £20m-rated Shaw after Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho started to have second thoughts about bidding for the player, report the Express. Meanwhile, Moyes apparently wants to push through a £15m deal for Lallana before the World Cup as United fear his price tag could soar if he impresses in Brazil. CAVANI ALSO ON UNITEDS LIST According to the Daily Star, United are also plotting a record-breaking bid for Edinson Cavani, who has been linked with a move away from PSG at the end of the season. The striker failed to impress in PSGs Champions League exit to Chelsea, but that hasnt put off Moyes, who hopes to sign the Uruguayan for around £50m. There is also talk that Nani could be thrown in as part of the transfer, despite only signing a new five-year deal at Old Trafford last year. Nanis influential agent Jorge Mendes has admitted that Nani is likely to leave United at the end of the season, report the Star. The arrival of Cavani, 27, at United would appear to place a question mark against the future of Robin van Persie. But United insist their intention is to build as strong a squad as possible in an attempt to bounce back next season after this disastrous campaign. One player who doesnt look like hes on his way to Old Trafford is Atletico Madrid midfielder Koke, who signed a new contract at the Vicente Calderon in January and insists hes still planning to stay at the club. I am very happy and I do not think about leaving the club right now, said Koke. I am happy at home, I want to continue here and that is why I have a long contract. ARSENAL EYE LUKAKU Arsenal are set to rival Tottenham and Everton for Romelu Lukaku as doubts continue to mount over Olivier Girouds future, report the Daily Mail. Acccording to the Mail, Arsenals interest could send Lukakus asking price spiralling towards the £40m mark, which we imagine would immediately end the Gunners chances of signing the striker. Meanwhile, The Sun claim Giroud could be sold in the summer following his dramatic loss of form in the second half of the season, coupled with the distractions in his private life. Apparently Arsenal would want a profit on their initial outlay on the striker, but its unclear which clubs would be interested in making a bid.
