MANAGER-PROMOTIONS-URGENT!! Duties & Responsibilities: Be responsible for overall promotional activities of TV & Radio. Executing the tasks given by the Department Head pertaining to Promotions & Communications division. Plan the branding of Station Promotions, Promotions which the network is Media Partnering & Client Promotions with the consultation of the Departmental Head. Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies. Track program budgets and expenses and campaign response rates to evaluate each campaign based on program objectives and industry norms. Prepare budgets for the promotion categories with the best rates in the market concentrating on the quality to get the best R.O.I. with the consultation of the Departmental Head. Calling up for quotations & enhancing the supplier network. Executing the approved plan by the Director of the division with the consultation of the Departmental Head. Archive the proof of the exposures & all relevant document. Coming up with creative ideas to enhance the quality of the work carried out in the Department. Purchasing of service hiring and any other cash out activities / promotions as per the Company policies and ensure to maintain records of same. Direct and coordinate product research and development. Build up an excellent work relationship with the clients and agencies. Maintain high level of transparency with the dealings Attend to launches representing the company Represent the company and maintain its goodwill / credibility with outside stake holders. Key Competencies • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Knowledge on the marketing industry in the country. • Sound interpersonal and communication skills. • Planning & organizing ability. • Problem analysis and problem solving. • Time management Stress Tolerance Should have minimum 5 years experience in the relevant industry.
