COLLEGE FATEHABAD National Seminar On Innovative Trends in Information & Communication Technology On Saturday, March 29, 2014 Organised by Department of Computer Science & Applications Sponsored by Director General of Higher Education, Haryana About Us Manohar Memorial College, Fatehabad came into its pious existence on June 24, 1970. The college has been marching ahead on its uphill journey since its inception. It has since become synonymous with dedication, commitment and service to the community in this educationally and culturally backward region. It is universally recognised for its impeccable credentials of being a top‐ranking and first‐rate institution all over the state. It has left behind more than four glorious decades of its eventful history. Aim of Seminar Integration of knowledge is the process of synthesizing the understanding of multiple knowledge disciplines into a common knowledge perspective. Philosophically, integration of knowledge is the process of incorporating new information into a body of existing knowledge with an interdisciplinary approach. This process involves determining how the new information and the existing knowledge interact, how existing knowledge should be modified to accommodate the new information, and how the new information should be modified in light of the existing knowledge. The aim of integration of knowledge is to provide human guidance as well as a methodology to face up the contemporary challenges and to restructure the civilizational glory. Hence, with high respect, we invites scholars, academicians and researchers; theoreticians and practitioners, across the knowledge disciplines, with broad and diverse of knowledge research interests, nationally and exchange the latest ideas, views, and findings in a forum encouraging respectful dialogue. The seminar composed research presentations in various disciplines of knowledge will afford the opportunity for renewing old acquaintances, making new contacts, networking and facilitating partnerships across boundaries. The main objective of the seminar is to provide a forum and effective medium for academicians, scholars, professionals, researchers and students. To present the result of their research activities in the various disciplines, themes and areas of knowledge. To provide the expertise and understanding required to make a contribution to the future development of practice in ICT. To discuss research that contributes to the sharing of new ideas, innovations theoretical, methodological, empirical knowledge and problem solving techniques for better understanding in the various disciplines, themes and areas of knowledge. The Seminar will have the following broad areas: Data Mining & Warehousing Text and Web Mining Cloud Computing Artificial Intelligence Soft Computing Security Threats in Computing Environment Call for Papers On behalf of the Seminar Organizing Committee, we are glad to invite you to take part in the seminar to present your research findings, innovative ideas, latest technologies and up-to-date methodologies. On this basis, the Organizing Committee is calling for papers for submission to the seminar which addresses issues that serve locally and nationally. Guidelines for Authors Abstracts along with full papers must be submitted by March 25, 2014 electronically at seminarmmc@gmail The full length papers may be published in a book form with ISBN. The contributor should certify that the manuscript is his /her original contribution. It should be mentioned that the paper has not been submitted or accepted for publication anywhere else. The authors shall be responsible for the facts and opinion made by them. In any case not more than two papers will be accepted from one author. The following is the suggested format for paper submissions: Length: 2500- 3000 words or 6-7 Pages Paper Title should be brief All authors Title (e.g. Dr, Mr, Mrs, etc.) & Name, Affiliation, Email etc Abstract (not more than 500 words) and Keywords Introduction / Background / Objective Literature Review Methodology, Findings, Analysis & Discussion Conclusion, Limitations and Recommendations Tables, figures, etc. in their appropriate location in the paper (if applicable) Margins: 1 inch or 2.5 cm.
