MAUN AGRIC SHOW RESUSCITATED AFTER 20 YEARS Plans are at an advanced stage to revive the #Maun agricultural show which ceased to be held over twenty years ago. The four day event to be called Ngamiland International Trade and #AgriculturalExpo will be staged by Rachet Scapes, an event management company, from July 30th to August 2nd. The coordinator of the expo, Boyce Sekgoma told the media in Maun that the objective is to create a world class annual event for the district as well as branding and marketing the district as a package. Sekgoma also said the event will promote food security in the district through the promotion of the agricultural sector. Different activities are line during the four days which include a horse race, music festival, football tournament and an auction.
