MAURITIUS ISLANDS 2013-09-24 13.37 A SUBMARINE "SANDFALL" It is not a "waterfall"! But it is a... "sandfall"! The submarine "sandfall" happens because of the white coral sand that the casual movements of the waves and currents of the ocean surface, on coral reef always growing in high and producing sand. The wawes and currents, because of the conformation and slopes of the seabed, will do that the sand inevitably moves till then has compulsery to fall into the abyss between the two submerged rocky headlands!
