It is located only 50 miles northeast of Las Vegas. The rough floor and jagged walls of the park contain brilliant formations of eroded sandstone and sand dunes more than 150 million years old. These features, which are the centerpiece of the parks attractions, often appear to be on fire when reflecting the suns rays. There are a limited number of spaces for RVs and cars to park, and a limited number of places where we can set up our tents. Registration for this Alchemical Fire Circle gathering is OPEN. Space is limited to 130 participants, and some of those are already gone. To ensure your space, go to vegasvortex/details.php?id=31 No onsite registration will be available. We are limited in the number of parking spaces available, so please, carpool, carpool, carpool! We are so very excited to return to this magickal place with you!! As always, the Vegas Vortex will be providing breakfast just after sunrise on Sunday morning, but ALL other meals will be on your own. We encourage you to group up with friends and take turns preparing meals for your small group, and then come on down to the Oasis at area two to eat together. Friday night will be a community potluck dinner; please be sure to bring a delicious dish to share with friends, and whatever you need to serve it. Some work-trade positions are available.
