MBA Students today : We are meeting lots of MBA students walk in to our office everyday for interviews. The major flaw we found in them was that they are not having touch in subjects and they are not coming with atleast a small level of preparation, which is very much required. When we question them, they say that i simply came here to drop my CV. Dear freshers, pls. have little preparation and visit offices for interviews. There are lots of opportunities ahead in industries. There is a big gap between the demand and supply which can be avoided by acquiring some employable skills. Am not talking about communication skills. There are many people holding bigger positions without communcation skills. That can be learnt at any stage of time. What i am talking about is that subject knowledge and basic level attitude and value related qualities. Be confident, focused and industrious. You will succeed for sure. All the best.
