MCs- BANDS/MUSICIANS - VENDORS -FEATURED GUESTS - PHOTOGRAPHERS -VOLUNTEERS FOR this EVENT here is a few things you need to know: Please read below - Event is attached MCs Drew Wilder & Champaign-Urbana DjBj Clark We will have a list for you please contact us when you arrive we look forward to working with 2 of the finest gentlemen we know :-) ► BANDS/MUSICIANS: Please show up 1 hour before your playing time, also there will be a drum kit and PA which will NOT be changed out- Drummers may bring their own snare drums, Arrive at back stage North West Entrance of The Fluid Event Center 601 N Country Fair Dr Champaign, IL .the line up schedule is pinned to the top of the event page, please join the event if you have not done so, bring your band merch to sell we want you to have as much exposure as possible, there will be a (Backstage and Hospitality Room for you) - Jeremy Harper is our band/stage organizer , Imre Molnar Terry L. MyersKendell WelchEric Carter Sound and Stage ► FEATURED GUESTS: Angie Cox ALex Renee Angelah: You are featured guests and book authors: you will be in front entrance , please bring any flyers, info and signage you may have for your tables - bring cords if you need to plug in any computers etc. Champaign Louie your only required to save a dance for us :-) Marisa Hoff Assisting in organizing, Teri Paulene Moonlighting Dance Company Dizzy Love & Twirly Girl, Jeremy Brown CUs unknown Comedian ► VENDORS: Vendors show up at least 1 hour ahead of opening - we open at 11:00 am, you may show up to set up as early as 9am, BRING your paperwork if you have not returned that to me yet, please :-) Bring your own tables and cords if you need cords. You may tear down when you like, that is strictly up to you. VOLUNTEERS: Please contact me upon your arrival when entering the building please let the door know you are a volunteer and Bonnie Parker-Head will see to it you get your name label (this is important) please do not bypass the front entry if you are a volunteer (we have our volunteers listed so if you are not on the list and want on it contact me asap. Please also join the event page if you have not done so and get notifications.
