MDHA will accept applications ONLINE ONLY for two and three bedroom units through Friday June 20, 2014 at 4:00 pm. Applications will be accepted ONLINE ONLY. Apply online at nashville-mdha.org. Applying online is convenient, fast and you’ll be notified immediately by e-mail that your application has been received. In order to apply online, you will need to register a user ID and password. You must also have a valid e-mail address. Anyone needing access to a computer with internet service may visit a public library. Anyone needing assistance in completing an online application may call 252-8464. The properties where the two and three bedroom units are located are : Cayce Place 701 South Sixth Street Napier Place 648 Claiborne Edgehill Apartments 1277 12th Avenue South Sudekum Apartments 101 University Court Cheatham Place 1564 9th Avenue North Andrew Jackson Courts 1457 Jackson Street Cumberland View 2316 25th Avenue North Neighborhood Housing 1201 Hawkins Street All applications submitted between May 19, 2014 at 7:30 am and June 20th at 4:00 pm will receive a lottery number and have an equal chance of being placed near the top of the waiting list.
