MEDICAL NEWS: A Seychellois who went to see a doctor in the Seychelles for a health problem were prescribed with a 200 tablets for GOUTS as was told by the doctor that GOUTS is the problem. That particular person is now in a European country under medical treatment and have done a complete exam. No gouts were found but other medical problem that was not detected in Seychelles. LAST TIME Jossie Michaud called my comment to be irresponsible, Miss Michaud you know what, you are prone to judge success by the index of our salaries or the size of our automobiles, rather than by the quality of our service and relationship to humanity. We can put wings on a pig but we dont make it an EAGLE. The two hundred pills will be returning to the medical department in the Seychelles as it might cause a destruction to that persons health. Again today I implore the Government of Seychelles to start a process of vetting of all expatriates before they set their presence in our country. Mr. Herminie, where are you, and what is your duty as long as yourself are considered to be a doctor? In 2010 I met Tete-a- Tete with Minister of health and on my agenda was the vetting system. I was told by her that they cannot do anything about this as it cost too much money to send expert from Seychelles into foreign countries to do just that. Minister, what is the cost when a parents lost one of their child? do you care? She said she have to work with what they gave her. Yes Seychellois are ginny pigs. During the 1960s my father fought side by side with President Rene for a better health care, now is there someone who could tell me where those ideologies have gone? We are a nation and we can no longer tolerate people with forged Diploma or C.V or whatever to come and take us for fools. Diploma is very easy to buy in the stores across the world and its cheap.
