MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That I, Mr. Ronald A. Ongchua, 43 years of age, legally married, with residence and business address at Purok 5 Labuan , Zamboanga City, District 1, Zamboanga Peninsula; hereby called the FIRST PARTY; That, the JESUS MIRACLE CRUSADE INTERNATIONAL MINISTRY of the Zamboanga City outreach represented by Ordained Preacher Nilo M. Miranda with office and church address at MCLL Highway, Divisoria, Zamboanga City, District 2, Zamboanga Peninsula; hereby called the SECOND PARTY; =WITNESSETH= That the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY have come to a written agreement to bind together our terms and conditions; That, the FIRST PARTY is the land owner of the one thousand and (+1,000) square meters located at the backside of the Sea oil Gas station at Ayala, Zamboanga City, with consent to be used by the SECOND PARTY for the Ayala Outreach accommodation and to whatsoever Church improvements either legal, moral or spiritual values development for the citizenry as the law provides; That, the FIRST PARTY shall receive ten thousand pesos only (10,000.00) as monthly rentals of the whole land area with or without any improvements made by the SECOND PARTY; That, the land subject to be used for the first five (5) years may however amend this MOA or may remain constant indefinitely; That, upon termination/due of MOA, the SECOND PARTY shall carry out/ demolish all types of constructed entities; That, both PARTIES affixed our signatures above written names with respective familiar witnesses this ___ _th day of July, 2013.
