METRICH DRUG UNIT CONDUCTS HEROIN BUST On Wednesday, November 26, 2014, the Seneca County Drug Task Force-METRICH Enforcement Unit, along with additional Officers from the Tiffin Police Department & Deputies from the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, conducted a Heroin drug operation at the corner of Frost Parkway & West Perry Street, Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio. Arrested was Charles E. Starks Jr., 23 YOA, Fremont, Ohio for the charge of Trafficking Heroin a Fourth Degree Felony. Additional charges of Trafficking Heroin & Tampering with Evidence are pending. Once the entire investigation is complete, the investigation will be turned over to the Seneca County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office to present it to a Grand Jury. “I am pleased to see the outcome of today’s arrest. Arrests like today, allows our Officers & Deputies to send a strong message to the folks who come in to our area to poison our community that it just won’t be tolerated”…..Chief Fred Stevens, Tiffin Police Department said. “Mr. Starks was a suspect to some of our recent area Heroin overdoses, so it was good to see him & the junk that he sells off the streets.…..Det.
