We are currently accepting applications for Floaters (fill-in) CNA/Caregivers to work in the Milwaukee area. Our Floaters play a critical role in assisting our clients. Their activities include (but not limited to): 1. Assisting with ADLs, medication administration, housekeeping, meals and laundry. 2. Communicate clearly and offer choices to clients to ensure increased independence. 3. Respect wishes, choices and privacy of clients. 4. Do a daily skin assessment. Report any abnormalities to supervisor. 5. Do charting daily, including case management report forms, medication administration forms, progress notes, staff communication log. 6. Communicate effectively with supervisor and co-workers. 7. Ensure safety of all clients 8. Travel to our 5 Milwaukee locations and help fill in hours when needed. Candidates must be self motivated, reliable, flexible and compassionate and want to make a difference in the lives of others. Requirements: 1. Able to travel and fill in at our 5 Milwaukee locations 2. CNA license or at least 1 year of caregiving experience 3. Must be flexible and willing to work odd shifts and cover staffing needs as needed. 4. The ability to work with a variety of clients with varying disabilities. 5.
