MISS A DAY, START ALL OVER WITH DAY 1 - 21 CONSECUTIVE DAYS is all I ask for with this Challenge. I plan on doing the entire 100...Try to switch the combinations up, so that you can have easy days, and moderate to hard days. Please try to include the Squats, Lunges, and Pushups in at least 2 days out of the week. These exercises work great at strengthening your abs/core. Even if its just 5-10 reps per exercise/workout.
