MISSING REPORT for evacuation orders for the worst hit city which is just about to be reached, the town of nearly 50,000 residents of a name which I cant pronounce, Guiuan - a large town that was hit at the Typhoons peak winds. My guess is the town no longer exists, as in absolutely everything in sight has been reduced to rubble with EF-4 tornado strength winds pulverizing the area for hours. If there was in fact no mandatory evacuation order, the loss of life from the town alone could be unprecedented. Were talking tens of thousands of people dead potentially if there was no evacuation order given for the island. Lets hope that the people did actually get out of the way, or the aftermath revealed could be a shock.
