#MMK inspired post of the day! Mylas story about his fathers love for her was just so inspiring that I wanted to share my own experience on how papa helped us out in getting through all our debts due to his hospitalization and medical bills. For sure, papas close to Him because since the first day he was hospitalized until the day he died , a lot of people were used as instruments to help us carry our burdens. Few of those extraordinary things I can consider that papas guidance and love were totally in control were the following: I. A friend agreed to let us borrow that day an amount of 10k pesos so papa could be brought in the ICU. Thank you very much Cghjrk Nacua and Cholette Mantos Condrillon for your kindness. You never said no and I would never forget that day when both of you rushed to the hospital to help us. II. When papa stayed in the ICU for almost 2 weeks, we had to pay our charges for the ICU room every after 3 days, so we needed a large amount to secure papas condition and medical needs. A very kind person let us again borrow 50k pesos for us to support everything. I got also financial help from friends and former colleagues which were very useful in our everyday struggles. Thank God for those people. Everyday was never easy but our loads were lessen because of you all. I KNOW YOU KNOW VERY WELL WHO YOU ARE. III. When we had to go out from the hospital after staying there for almost 2 months, an amount of 70k pesos was needed for papa to be discharged. My cousin Reiprieza Canoneo was just too kind to say NO. She flew from Manila to Cebu just to help us out. Thanks to her, papa was out from the hospital that day. IV. When papa was discharged, we had to secure personal medical equipment and supply papa his daily medicines to make him feel better. Sad as I had to admit it, it became our problem because our everyday pay would not suffice papas daily needs. But,another blessing came our way. An acquaintance asked me to work part time and teach his two kids English at home.Unbelievable as it may seem, the amount that I got from my tutorial really helped a lot. Had it not because of him, our debts would be as higher as expected. SIR, thank you! V. Until papas last breath, we were able to supply everything that he needed. Thanks to my mamas unconditional love, too. She was always there to support with all that she had just to save papa. Thats extraordinary for a wife to do that. But she did, she managed and she survived even if papa didnt. At least papa knew that we never said no to everything that might saved him. He died on September 23, 2011. :( The saddest day I could ever imagine. VI. I think the best part I wanted to share was this part. I would be a hypocrite if I tell you that everything was okay because it wasnt. We lost a selfless father and mama lost a loyal and good husband. It was never easy and it was never easier when we had to pay all our debts after papas death. We had to because nothing is for free in this world. Come the end of December 2012, just 3 months after papas death, somebody called me for an opportunity abroad. That wasnt my phone. And that SIM card was never in use but destiny made it possible. I was able to talk to the agency and was scheduled for a job interview in Manila on January 4, 2013. It was a call I never expected. A call that changed everything about me.It was nerve-breaking for I had not ever ridden an airplane yet but our debts sparked that hope in me. I did everything for me to pass and be accepted and here I am enjoying the fruits of my labor. What was shocking was, my cousins apartment was just a walk away from the agency. So it was never hard for me though it was my first time. It was my first of everything: first airplane ride, first train ride, first trip in Manila and first job interview abroad. THANK GOD FOR EVERYTHING. And thanks to Chesham Recruitment Inc. for making my dreams possible. Your YES made me who I am and where I am now. VII. A month before I left I had to prepare an amount for me to start my life here in Japan. We did not have any amount yet. But what made me jump to joy was when we found out that papa had an SSS reimbursement pay which was the EXACT amount that I needed. I was able to buy everything that I needed and I still have an amount thats enough to support me of my needs before I get my first pay. That was the time when I had realized papa said YES of me working abroad (he never ever really wanted us to be far away from home). But he did. He said YES. He gave me a sign that he did also supported me in my dreams and my plans. I could not say that all my debts were totally paid but I would say that GOD WORKS MYSTERIOUSLY.GODS LOVE FOR US IS UNFATHOMABLE. I ALWAYS THANK HIM FOR GIVING US A VERY SELFLESS FATHER IN THE PERSON OF PAPA ALEX. PAPAS GUIDANCE IS ETERNAL AND I KNOW THAT HE IS ALWAYS THERE IN EVERY GOOD THINGS THAT WE ARE EXPERIENCING NOW AND WILL BE EXPERIENCING IN THE FUTURE! :) :) :)
