MONDAY 20th JANUARY Listen out for local and national news, what’s on, traffic and weather on all live day time programmes from 7.00am The DCR morning mix represents the type of music you may hear whilst tuned in to Dunoon Community Radio not only during the day but evening and at night time. We present all genre of music from Southern Blues to Classical. Starting from the back of 7.00am you may find Frlly in the Argyll Street studio to bring you up to date on the latest on weather, traffic and the ferries and possibly tell you about her early morning walk with Tara her dog. If it is not Frlly it will be Witchy presenting her kind of early morning Brew in the Argyll Street studio keeping you up to date on the latest on weather, traffic and the ferries Both will also pass on greeting ,messages or even tell that lazy son of your’s to get out of his bed –you can Text Frlly or Witchy 0775 123 6995 or call in to the Miller Stewart Office and leave a message during office hours . We shall also be popping in during the morning to listen to our Big Brother Celtic Music Radio to listen to hear what they are broadcasting. Early morning week days we will find not only Alex Jenkins but occasionally Ross Macfadyen presenting the Morning Mix 10.00AM- 12NOON It’s that time of year again as we at Dunoon Community Radio get ready to join our radio colleagues for the fifth year as Celtic Music Radio get ready to commence their ninth year of live coverage and broadcast from Celtic Connections Glasgow. Celtic Music Radio will be based in the same venue as last year at Adelaide’s, 209 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4HZ from Friday 17 January daily, except Sundays, from 10.00am until the end of the Danny Kyle Open Stage at 6.00pm. 12.00PM – 3.00PM THE SARAH TORBET CHRONICLES- What’s happening in Sarah’s World (nothing escapes Sarah but dare she mention it on the radio, only if you want her to) lots of good chat and today Sarah will be talking full advantage of the new Monday edition of her Chronicles and will be talking about: You have more than likely heard the rumours and possibly seen the photos.
