Civil Liberties and Public Policy Program (CLPP) is hiring for an Assistant Director, External Leadership Projects CLPP is seeking a creative go-getter to oversee our external leadership projects. The Assistant Director will have oversight of CLPP’s summer internship program, national activist network, and intensive Summer Leadership Institute. The Assistant Director will manage the summer internship program and launch a major expansion to extend eligibility beyond Western Massachusetts to campuses across the country. Qualifications We are looking for candidates who can take initiative, are well organized, and who are aligned with our mission and values. Ideal candidates will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be personable and able to build and maintain relationships across age, race, and class, and are excited to work with undergraduate students and young people.
