Department - Consumer Support Services Service Coordinator 7 Positions – 5 Bilingual (English /Spanish) Salary $34,986 - $51,691 annually (depending on experience) Minimum qualifications include a BA/BS/BSW or MA/MS/MSW degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Special Education or related field required plus two years of professional experience working with developmentally disabled consumers. Case management experience required to provide services to special needs population. Qualified candidates must have good client interview skills, assessment skills, and excellent interpersonal skills, and be available to make community contacts. Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred. Service Coordinator –Early Start Unit 2 Positions Salary $34,986 - $51,691 annually (depending on experience) Minimum qualifications include a BA/BS/BSW or MA/MS/MSW degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Special Education or related field required plus two years of professional experience working with developmentally disabled consumers. Case management experience required to provide services to special needs population. Qualified candidates must have good client interview skills, assessment skills, and excellent interpersonal skills, and be available to make community contacts. Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred. Must have two years of early intervention experience 0-3 years of age. Contract Service Coordinator –Intake Unit Salary up to $32.17 hourly (up to 40 hours per week) Minimum qualifications include a Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Special Education or related field required plus two years of professional experience working with developmentally disabled consumers. Case management experience required to provide services to special needs population. Qualified candidates must have good client interview skills, assessment skills, and excellent interpersonal skills, and be available to make community contacts. Must have experience working with an interdisciplinary team and the ability write Psycho-Social Assessments. Bilingual English/Spanish skills required. Must possess a valid California Drivers License. *This is an independent contract position. SCLARC is not responsible for benefits or individual taxes. Consultant must also possess and provide proof of Professional Liability Insurance naming SCLARC as “Additional Insured” and “Certificate Holder.” Contract Psychologist –Clinical Division Salary up to $51.89 hourly (up to 50 hours per month ) Minimum qualifications include Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited university. Individual must be a psychologist licensed by the California State Board of Psychology. Must have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Must be familiar with the assessment tools used to assess intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorders. Experience working with interdisciplinary clinical teams is desired. Applicants must also have familiarity with Microsoft Work and other software programs. Department - Administrative Services Accountant I Salary $35,219 - $49,557 annually (depending on experience) Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Public or Business Administration or related field required plus four years of experience as full-charge bookkeeper with general ledger experience and the completion of college senior level courses in accounting.. Qualified candidates must understand debits and credits, require little supervision, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Employees requesting a transfer/promotion to another position must be executing at a standard rating or above. Employees must be in their current position for six months with no written or probation related performance issues.
