MOTIVATION. PLEASE READ. Some of you may know that Im the Director of PT at Reebok Sports Club, London. I run a team of 26 trainers which makes my schedule extremely busy all the time. Heading up PT and Leading one of the best gyms in the world is something I love to do. We run top PT courses at Reebok and have all the tools for training. Today a blasted chest with some specific key exercises. Exercises highlighted; Incline DB Press - great for upper chest development. It also activates more muscle fibres. Flat Log Press - The log bar or Neutral bar is great for hand grip variation. Notice Im using a slightly narrow neutral grip, this is great for someone with a shoulder Impingement. Less stress on the shoulders and still allows you to hit chest hard. DB Bridge Press - This exercise simulates a decline movement and also takes less stress of the shoulders. Great for anyone with shoulder pain. If you have an injury, progress slowly when loading up on weights. I will be posting more videos outlining exercises that could be performed when dealing with different injuries.
