MOVING INTO THE CONDO: Last winter, Goldie finally outsized the aquarium. Barely three tail sweeps and he was across the tank. Could almost touch front to back panels simultaneously. Aquarium set up #1 had finally put us solidly into a net investment loss (Food/Aquarium/upkeep to that point was an estimated $85 (we got the aquarium for around $55) vs. the original $10 savings; thus a 7 year net loss of $75 to house and maintain Goldie (actually not bad when you think about it....under $10 a year. BEAT THAT, my 4-legged pet owner friends!).
