MPA PREPARATIONS [March 17th] DRESS -- Ninth Grade band students are to bring their MPA outfit in to be checked. If your student does not have this, they need to let Mr. B know immediately! (Black Pants or full-length skirt, Tux Shirt, Bow Tie, Black Shoes). PREVIEW CONCERT -- Ninth Grade band students whould be unpacked and seated at the EMJH Auditorium by 6:35. The concert will be as follows: 7:00 - EMJH 7:15 - WMJH 7:30 - MHS Concert 7:50 - MHS Wind Students need to be seated by 6:35 and stay for all bands in order to show support for their fellow musicians. AFTER SCHOOL SECTIONALS -- Each student of the ninth grade band has one sectional next week from 3:30 until 5:00: Monday, 3/3 -- Saxe, Flute, Clarinet Tuesday, 3/4 -- Tuba, Trombone, Baritone Wednesday, 3/5 -- French Horn, Trumpet Thursday, 3/6 -- Percussion If there are schedule conflicts, a note is required for an absence. Keep in mind that if MPA is not prioritized, neither will our score from the judges be. AKA - We are on the doorstep of a superior rating, but it is not guaranteed.
