If you feel there is a discrepancy with the pageant results or directing of the pageant please contact us directly and we can help explain and work through the problem without any negative attitudes. We do understand how emotional beauty pageants can be BECAUSE we ALL see WINNERS in OUR little ones. BUT we should also understand the process of the pageant in that there are three Judges, with three different opinions, ALL calculated together to identify the TITLE winner. Any False statement given will result in the disqualification of all rights to participate in the CONTEST. QUALIFICATION: 1. Shall be single. 2. Attained the age of 18 and not over 28 3. Must be a natural Female. 4. Have a minimum height of 5ft. 5. Must have these qualities a. Good moral character b. Poise c. Charm personality d. Beauty. 6. Must be able to understand and speak simple English. 7. Have never been Convicted of any crime. ANNOUNCEMENT: 1. The Organizing Committee LIVINA FASHION HOUSE reserves the right to reject or accept application received without any reason given and all entry fees are nonrefundable. 2. The organizer LIVINA FASHION HOUSE shall be the sole authority for interpretation of these rules and conditions decision of the organizer shall be final and binding and anyone that who fails to abide by the RULES AND CONDITIONS shall be DISQUALIFIED Automatically. 3. In the events that any participants or winners is unable to fulfill her commitment and comply in regards to the rules and conditions, the organizer LIVINA FASHION HOUSE shall have the right to withdraw the participant as one of the candidate or winner. 4. The organizer LIVINA FASHION HOUSE shall not be responsible for any money or valuable belongings lost by the contestant during the pageant. 5. The organizer LIVINA FASHION HOUSE shall not be held liable ever for any incident occurred to the contestant during the pageant. 6. In the event that any winner is unable to fulfill her mandatory in regards to the Rules and Conditions and also the winner’s contract agreement, the organizer reserves the right to re-confer the award to the first or the second runner-up. 7. Contestants are Responsible for their Transportation to the Host Community. 8. Any Fighting or Quarreling during the Phase of this Pageant will attract removal of contestants involved from this Contest. 10. All Contestants are equal before MR.& MISS.
