JUDGES CHOICE - 4 Pairs will be chosen by panel of judges base on the following criteria of judging, Facial Beauty 30%, Body Proportion 20%, Poise & Projection 25%, Modeling Grace 15%, and Stage Presence 10% BARANGAY CHOICE - 4 Pairs will be coming from Barangay Community Votes using the vote cards or entrance ticket. 1 peso is equivalent to 1 points. The top 4 male & female candidates who accumulated the highest votes will be automatically enter in top ten finalists. Note: the male and female who garnered the highest barangay community votes will be automatically declared the winners of the special title as The Mr. & Ms. Novaliches Barangay Choice 2013. 2 pairs of grand finalist will be coming from the winners of the Talent competition and The Best National Traditional Costume competition. 2. Grand Final Round – In this round the previous scores accumulated by the top 10 pair finalists will be back to zero and they will compete in the following criteria of judging, Casual Wear 20%, Gym outfit 25 %, Formal wear 30% and Question & Answer portion 35%. The candidates who garner the highest scores will be declared grand winners as Mr. & Ms. Novaliches 2013. Also in this round the 5 special major special titles and the 10 minor title will be awarded. 1. Mr. & Ms. Global Tourism Philippines 2013 - will be chosen by the Director of Ms. Tourism World Philippines & Mr. Tourism World Philippines to compete in the national and international competition. 2. Mr. & Ms. Novaliches Tourism 2013 - will be chosen by the Project Director of Mr. & Ms. Novaliches 2013. 3. Mr. & Ms. NovaMall 2013 - will be selecting by Novaliches Plaza Mall Administration Staff. 4. Mr. & Ms. Novaliches Barangay Choice 2013 will be the candidates who garnered the highest Barangay/Community Votes among all the other contestants. 5.
