MSG and nightmares? Normally I have sweet dreams, but last night I woke up several times with nighmares... I psychoanalyzed myself and there was not common theme to the nightmares (not like the dream i get a couple of times a year that is the end of the college semester and I havent been to class or studied for the final)... so then I tried to figure what I did different... I stopped at the cafeteria at 99 Ranch Market, (chinese supermarket and cafeteria) on the way home from work; had a plate of noodles, vegetables and shrimp... then I realized.. it must be the MSG.. did a google search and it said that MSG DOES cause nightmares. Anyone else have that experience?
