MUST BE ADOPTED BY AUGUST 22ND! WISHES is such an adorable female Chihuahua, approximately 18 months old and a whopping 6 pounds! Shy at first but friendly once she figures out you are one of the good guys! WISHES is super playful, loves balls, fuzzy toys, seems good with other dogs, not a stick-in-the-mud, lazy kind of pup. Yes, she gets the zoom arounds when playing outside so another playmate of the same size with the same energy level would probably keep you smiling every day! Older children would be fine! May need a refresher course with housebreaking, although she has been good in the kennel. WISHES arrived at the shelter as part of an abandonment case along with 3 other dogs and would very much like to be finally home! New London Animal Control can be reached at 860-447-5231.
