MUST READ....This SCRAP will shake u from ur roots....Please respond to this update if u read this..and u should must read this...Thanks a lot teachers ....for making me the person i am today....Happy Teachers day to all..... of late but it seems like the respect for Teachers and unselfish love for students in hearts is diminishing in our country...dont know the student teacher relation across the world....internet is full of stuff of every kind...... I take a resolution to be a better teacher day by day....i may fail but i am a warrior/Jihadi if an idea sticks into my mind..... I also think a lack of basic discipline/decorum is missing in todays society as we are blindly following western culture day by day.... Just to share with u a LITTLE problem....if u r a Teacher coaching for IITs and girls in her late teens sitting on first bench is wearing a dress which is slightly out of occasion ..... u can guess .... Now i am following a method from many months...i have developed a habit of looking girl students only above neck....lets say in the eyes....or still better not looking at all on them...so when the students are copying the notes i am either looking at the floor or at the guys only....the Students are intelligent enough and have realized this..... These days they girls and guys look at me as if i am a God/Saint or something else not of the planet..... Doing this thing in class for 6 hours a day ONLY is some discipline by the way.... On the lighter side it has some financial repercussions also...two decent looking girls,not serious in studies have opted out of my coaching recently....it will be worth to mention that they were only interested in their dresses and nail polish....raising the bars of morality can make some ppl feel out of place....i am not joking here.... Nevertheless the overall discipline/silence/decorum in class has improved and it will positively effect the prospects of 200 families if not more.....
