MY MARVELS, MY WORRY. In the jungle the lion king rules, In their pride they conquer the territory, With every inch they guard their homes, Hunting down a stronger prey, But with strength in number they conquer, Bringing down a meal for the pride. In the jungle the strongest survive, The fittest comes in reality with life, While the weak gives in and retires. Every site is a moment of joy, Every moment I capture with a click, As I frame a picture for the memory. For many days I take my safari, Driving through the heard of buffalos, In the acacia fields the giraffe stand tall, Monkeys jumping from tree to tree, With their strips the zebras graze, As the antelopes drinks down the stream. The site brightens my spirit, My eyes fail to blink for a moment, To capture every moment I see. The wild becomes one with me, Drawing me deeper to its beauty, While I swim in the marvels of nature. I stop to rest after a long safari ride, My mind switches to a different scenario, And wonders what would become of it, If this is not conserved for the future, For the generations of the future in sight, It’s me and you to take the first step, For this is my contribution.
