MY MOST MEANINGFUL TRANSFORMATION!!! Out if the thousands of people Ive worked with and all the transformations Ive been a part of this is definitely my most proud transformation...because its my mom. My mom was my superhero growing up, single mom, have everything for us kids to have Food on the table and a roof over our head and thats no old saying its real talk, she struggled. After years and years of giving everything for us that became her reality and all the years growing up I NEVER saw her buy ANYTHING for herself or go anywhere, not buy a pair of pants or go to a movie or anything ever. As we got older she kept those habits and by the time I was grown she was 100 lbs over weight, a smoker, on meds, had her thyroid removed because of non function, sleep apnea, the works. I was a trainer for years but she was always too uncomfortable Im a traditional gym setting and felt people were staring at her so she wouldnt come in. When is started my fitness program i needed her to come out because i had only a few clients and needed it to look like I had a real business with more than two clients lol. she met a few of my female clients and became friends then finally felt ok to workout around them. She drove over 40 minutes each way to come out and support me as one of my only clients 7 days a week sometimes many times a day! She went from never working out a day in her life to working out every day just to support me. After a year she lost 100 lbs and was off all medication as well as quit smoking! For the first time in my life I got to know my mom for the person she was! She came to life once she stopped living for everyone else. She not only changed her body and her health but she was reborn. She now loves buying clothes and smiles all day...its amazing to see. Ive helped thousands of people but ill always be a mommas boy so to be able to help her will always be my proudest accomplishment and make my career well worth it even if it ends today just to have been able to make that happen.
