Macys update for those of you weary of hearing me complain. The story has an end AND its gotta twist ! Macys has agreed I wasnt acting in a criminal manner, to remove the charges and the now three months worth of finance charges AND (heres the twist...) they will send a letter to the reporting agencies (aka. experian, etc.) to clear the bad credit information. They evidently reported on me when I went over my credit limit on my account and didnt make payments on it... Issue is cleared and I will never, ever set foot into a Macys again. You marked my credit instead of putting those charges on hold until you could confirm the fraud ? What the hellllloooooo ? Anyways - book closed, account closed and having fun shopping at other places. : )
